Welcome to Rosa’s workshop on how to make authentic Arancini and Cantucci! Rosa is a seasoned Italian cook who has been perfecting her recipes for decades, and she is excited to share her expertise with you.

In this workshop, you will learn how to make two classic Italian dishes: Arancini and Cantucci. Arancini are crispy, fried rice balls filled with delicious ingredients like cheese, meat, and vegetables. Cantucci are traditional almond cookies that are perfect for dipping in coffee or Vin Santo.

During the workshop, Nonna Rosa will guide you through each step of the cooking process, from preparing the ingredients to frying the Arancini to baking the Cantucci. You will learn about the different types of rice to use, how to shape the Arancini, and how to get them perfectly crispy. You’ll also learn about the history and cultural significance of these dishes, and how they’re typically served in Italy.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a new set of culinary skills and a delicious meal to enjoy. You’ll also have the recipes and techniques to recreate these dishes at home, so you can impress your friends and family with your newfound cooking abilities.

So come join Nonna Rosa and learn how to make authentic Arancini and Cantucci – you won’t regret it!

It was my first cooking class here and it was so enjoyable. Rosa was a lovely relaxed and warm host and teacher. I learnt so much and she was quite knowledgeable on Italian cooking. I recommend it to anyone thinking of going.
