Fan of sourdough? Love a good pizza? This class is for you! This 3 hour workshop is designed to show you all the steps of making your own sourdough pizza and focaccia. The dough contains only 3 ingredients which is flour, water and salt. And you will be amazed by the power of a natural levain. The airy chewy texture and the crust to die for! This class is lead by Fei from Munchen Bakery.
All the equipment is provided for the workshop, you’ll just need to bring your smile and curiosity to learn.
We will also be snacking on the pizza and focaccia we bake at the class with a homemade platter.
If you have done the sourdough baking class with Fei, rejoice! You already have the basis of the sourdough baking process. But if you haven’t, don’t worry. We will show you each step of the process and promise this is the simplest and easiest process to follow.

This was a great class. Fei is very generous with her time and knowledge and I enjoyed learning even more about sourdough. The only thing that would have made the class better was an extra 30 min or so or a knowledge of sourdough starter as a prerequisite to the class.
