In this hands-on salami making class, you will learn the art of crafting delicious salami from scratch with our butcher and chef, an experienced butcher with over 20 years of experience, and he will guide you through the process of making your own salami.
During the class, you will learn about the different types of meat that can be used to make salami, as well as the different types of spices and seasonings that can be used to flavor your salami. You will also learn about the various techniques used to create different types of salami, from dry-cured to fresh.
We will take you through the step-by-step process of making salami, from grinding and mixing the meat, to stuffing the casings and curing the salami. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with the meat and casings, and Frank will be there to answer any questions you may have.
At the end of the class, you will take home your very own homemade salami, as well as the skills and knowledge to continue making salami on your own.
