Ciambelle are ring-shaped Italian donuts that are perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack. Our nonna will show you how to make the dough by hand and shape the ciambelle with her traditional technique.
Cannoli are an iconic Italian dessert that consists of fried pastry shells filled with creamy ricotta cheese. In this class, you will learn to make these divine quintessential Italian sweets.
Amaretti are classic Italian almond biscuits that are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Our nonna will show you how to make the dough with ground almonds, egg whites, and sugar, using her secret family recipe. You will also learn how to shape the biscuits into small balls and bake them to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.
Throughout the class, you will have the opportunity to ask our nonna instructor questions and learn about the history and cultural significance of these traditional Italian sweets. You will also receive a printed recipe booklet to take home, so you can recreate these delicious desserts for your family and friends.
