Chamomile, lemon tea

1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
1 tbsp dried lemon balm leaves
1 tbsp dried rose hips
1 cinnamon stick
2-3 slices of fresh ginger root
1 slice of fresh lemon
4 cups of water
Honey (optional)
Instructions:

In a medium-sized pot, add the dried chamomile flowers, dried lemon balm leaves, dried rose hips, cinnamon stick, and fresh ginger root.
Pour 4 cups of water over the ingredients in the pot.
Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and let the tea simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for another 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the tea into a cup or teapot, and add a slice of fresh lemon to each cup.
If desired, add honey to sweeten the tea to taste.
Enjoy the warm, comforting flavors of this autumn herbal tea with a hint of refreshing lemon.
